How much does roof cleaning cost?
On most homes .15 cents a square foot of roof surface cleaned. 3000sq ft x .15 = $450.00
Homes with extremely steep roofs or difficult access will cost more.
Tile roofs start at .20 cents a sq ft for washing.

What if only parts of my roof are dirty.
We can clean the stained area only and treat
the whole roof with a preventative.
We have a $250 minimum on roof cleaning services.
Do you use a pressure washer?
Yes. A gasoline powered water pump is how we get
water to the roof to wash away the dead mildew,
fungus, and other debris.
Won't pressure washing hurt my roof?
The roof cleaning products that we apply dissolve the mildew and fungus so that only a low pressure
rinse is needed to wash away the mold and dirt. Our equipment is set for high water flow with little
pressure and the washing tools we use apply an even beam of wash water over a large area. The
benefit of washing is that it removes all the dirt so new spores have nothing to attach to.

Unlike the ARMA roof cleaners we do not use chlorine or bleach. They must take great care not to
kill plants and grass. Our wash soap and preventative contain no bleach or chlorine. Both are
manufactured to be environmentally friendly and plant safe. We never need a man on the ground
to wet plants while we clean. That saves you money $$.
